FAQ
Online classes are taught through Google meets. Each class has its own generated code, which you’re suppose to use, in order to gain access to your pre-paid lessons. Each class is exactly 1 hour long, where you get to ask questions to your assigned tutor or your “classmates”.
All you need is a computer with access to the internet, functioning camera and a microphone. However you may use your phone or any other device if you wish ( they just have to meet the criteria of the course assigned). Before purchasing a specific course please read the requirements first 🙂
You have several options when it comes to changing your course.
If you purchased the Classic plan, you may switch courses before the end of your current billing cycle.
If you purchased the Medium plan, you cannot switch courses until the initial 3-month period has ended.
If you purchased the Pro plan (paid annually), you may switch to any course at any time.
Note:
Please notify us at least 2 days before the end of your billing cycle if you wish to switch to a different class or course.
If you are on the Pro plan and would like to switch, contact us at nesorracourse@gmail.com and include the class you are currently attending and the class you would like to join.
We offer a limited refund option to ensure fairness for both students and instructors. Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase on monthly plans only, provided that no more than 1 class has been attended. Once additional classes are joined, refunds are no longer available.
Prepaid plans (3-month and yearly) are non-refundable due to the discounted pricing and reserved class spots. If a course isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help you switch courses, pause your subscription instead of a refund.
Currently our tutors do not provide any live recordings due to the their privacy. If you wish to have your class recorded please contact your assigned tutor.
Each class has capacity of 15 people. It can happen that your class isn’t fully booked. In that case the classes still happen, they will be just smaller.
All classes are live streamed (online). You get live interaction with your tutor and your classmates. You receive variety of tasks and potentially homework
