1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of digital educational courses provided by Nesorra Courses.
2. Digital Content
All products are digital services and digital content delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold.
3. Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when:
- You complete checkout.
- Payment is successfully processed.
- Course access is granted.
4. Prices & Payments
- Prices are displayed in Euro [€].
- Prices include VAT where applicable based on the customer’s country of residence.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right.
However, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU:
By purchasing our digital content and accessing it immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins.
This consent is provided during checkout.
6. Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the content:
- Refunds are not provided once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Exceptions may apply where required by mandatory law.

7. Intellectual Property
All course materials are protected by EU and international copyright law.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute content.
- Share access credentials.
- Resell or sublicense materials.
8. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use the platform unlawfully.
- Interfere with platform security.
- Abuse, harass, or harm others.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. No Guarantee
Courses are provided for educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under EU law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits or data.
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Consumers residing in the EU may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for consumer disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
